This unit replaces the roof-top air conditioner sitting over the existing hatch opening, with the air distribution box fitted to the ceiling underneath. It cools and heats, so it takes over both jobs from the old unit. Before ordering, measure the roof opening: it must be either 400 × 400 mm or 360 × 360 mm, and both sealing frames are in the box. Have the mains connection made by a licensed electrician.
